ISUZU VIETNAM SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING COURSE FOR NATIONWIDE ISUZU DEALERS

With the motto “Putting Customer Experience at the Center” in all thoughts and actions aimed at “Value received” by customers, Isuzu Vietnam successfully organized the CS training program “Enhance Customer Service” and “Communication Skills & Customer Service” for Isuzu Vietnam dealer at nationwide from Jul 9-10, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City and Jul 12 -13, 2024 in the Hanoi capital. 

The Customer Service training program was organized with the participation of more than 130 learners including the Management Board and staffs of the nationwide Isuzu Vietnam Dealers. 

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Director of Isuzu Vietnam – Mr. Thai Van Toan once again affirmed that customers are extremely important to the development of the company, and good implementation of customer service will help the Company develop more sustainably and create a professional management team. 

Isuzu Vietnam organized the training course with a professional training academy with many experienced lecturers who have supported trainees in understanding the power & value of Customers, eliminating the “I already know” thinking to focus on finding new knowledge. 

The training course was operated according to the method: Fun – Movement – Application, helping trainees more actively, the cases-study are solved from simple to complex, and the exercises are also concluded from the individual and collective opinions in the class. 

Activities in the training course 

The result of the training course is the trainees have the right mindset about Customer Service and obtain useful knowledge such as: 

  • Clear understanding of the “Value and Power of Customers”.
  • Correct understanding of the “Customer Experience and Customer Service”.
  • Understand and practice sympathetic communication, listening skills, complaint resolution & service recovery skills, presentation skills, questioning skills, and basic communication.

Isuzu Vietnam hopes that the training course will help the Dealer’s Management Board and staffs have better understanding of the Customer experience, thereby having an appropriate approach to increase Customer satisfaction.
